Venice sits at the southern end of our service area, and the island's mix of older homes, condos, and snowbird-occupied villas means every job starts with a look at what the salt air and sun have done to the existing finish. We spec exterior products with real UV and moisture ratings and never paint over failing stucco or wood.

Downtown Venice and the Island of Venice have an aesthetic character worth protecting: historic bungalows, mid-century ranch homes, and Mediterranean-style stucco all need different prep. We scrape and prime bare wood, wash and patch stucco, and coordinate schedules with seasonal residents and condo associations.
