Mauro Painting LLC was started by Amaury Avila Batista with a simple standard: do the prep other painters skip. In Florida, that's the difference between exterior paint that lasts eight years and paint that peels after two. So we pressure wash, scrape, patch, caulk, and prime before the finish goes on, every time.
Along the way, clients kept asking for the work around the paint: replacing rotten fascia, installing baseboards, patching drywall, taking down popcorn ceilings, coating a garage floor. We added those trades so one crew could take a room from damaged to finished without three separate contractors and three separate schedules.
We're a small, registered Florida LLC, and we plan to stay small enough that the owner is on every job. You get a written estimate before we start, a clean site every evening, and a walkthrough before the final invoice.
