Siesta Key

Siesta Key is one of the most demanding environments we work in. Salt air, direct gulf sun, and afternoon storms wear exterior finishes faster than inland homes, so we wash, repair, and prime properly and use products rated for coastal exposure rather than whatever is cheapest off the shelf.

A large share of the Key's homes are condos, villas, and vacation rentals with association rules on colors, work hours, and access. We coordinate with property managers before starting, protect common areas on every visit, and work quickly so units are rent-ready again.

Interior repaints between guests or owners, popcorn ceiling removal, and lanai and garage epoxy coatings round out the most common Siesta Key projects, with the same written estimate and daily cleanup we bring to every job.
