Osprey is a quiet stretch of bayfront and oak-shaded neighborhoods between Sarasota and Venice, and its homes take the same coastal beating as the barrier islands: salt spray, harsh sun, and summer storms. Our exterior process, pressure washing, repairs, and coastal-rated primer and paint, is built for exactly that.

Many Osprey homes back onto the bay or Little Sarasota Bay, where screen enclosures, lanais, and soffits collect moisture damage. We repair rotten fascia and trim before painting so the new coat isn't sealing in a problem.
